The front desk is open Monday-Sunday, 7 days a week, from 9am-5pm. All bookings will incur a reservation processing fee equal to 5 percent of rental amount plus tax. Additionally, a damage waiver is required. For stays 2-3 nights- 25.00 USD plus tax. For stay 4 nights or more, 50.00 USD plus tax. 6 percent includes damage waiver. Check-in at location. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. Please note that minimum check-in age is 25. If you will be arriving after standard business hours, please call the main office at 866-542-1974, at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
