The 99 room Jefferson hotel will reopen in mid-2009 following a two-year renovation, the scope of which will ensure its position as Washington’s best small luxury hotel. It is conveniently located four blocks north of the White House, one mile west of Capitol Hill and is easily accessible by metro. It offers 20 suites including an expansive Presidential Suite, a romantic Bridal Suite and a Spa Suite that offers an intimate couple’s treatment room. The on-site Spa offers two additional treatment rooms featuring treatments based on botanicals grown on Thomas Jefferson’s farms. To arrive at The Jefferson will be to truly arrive. Evoking a stay at a grand private residence, a personal host will greet every guest and handle every aspect of his or her visit, inviting the guest to settle into comfortable chairs facing residential-style desks for check-in.
