The newly renovated Hollywood Beach Tower condominiums feature one large bedroom with a king-size bed two bathrooms a full kitchen, dining area and living room with a queen-size pull out sofa. Guests have access to a workout room and a beautiful pool and Jacuzzi. There are fun activities for the whole family at Hollywood Beach Tower, including ice cream socials, guided arts and craft hours, fitness walks, water sport tournaments and hula dancing shows. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to remain unsupervised on the premises. Please do not register and leave under age guests for the week without adult supervision. This is prohibited and strictly enforced. Adult supervision of all minor children is required for their own safety and will be appreciated by everyone. Occupancy- the maximum number of persons per unit is 4. Occupancy is strictly enforced. The front desk is open 24 hours a day. Security deposit of 100.00 USD is required. This covers, but is not limited to, the potential loss of items such as keys, remote controls, parking permits and any other loss or damage to the unit or its inventory. Check-in is at 3PM. Check-out is at 10AM. A credit card security deposit of 100.00 USD is required at check-in as well as a picture ID. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. The front desk is open 24 hours a day.
