The entire building will be renovated to included guestrooms/ building systems/ the lobby/ common areas/ and back-of-house space and façade renovations. The hotel will feature many distinct architectural elements/ including an 18-foot domed mosaic lobby ceiling/ dramatic windows and 12 to 14-foot ceilings in the guestrooms. The restaurant / lounge will have a unique outdoor terrace on Washington Mall/ a pedestrian walkway. The Ames Building comprises 93/599 square feet/ of which 85/949 is above ground.
