Guarantee Policy: Deposit: 21Apr2009 to 30Apr2014 - A deposit of the first nights lodging plus tax is required. Exceptions may apply during holidays, special events or conventions.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 3 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights including tax. Reservation cancelled prior to 72 hours of arrival has 25 USD cancellation fee. If cancelled within 72 hours of arrival then first nights lodging plus tax is cancellation fee.
