A motel converted into a timeshare, you can relax by our beautiful indoor pool, hot tub and outdoor pool. The property is located just a short drive to beaches for some fun in the sun. Due to town ordinances, no cooking facilities are in the units. A community kitchen is offered 9am-9pm. Enjoy our game room located in our community and lounge area. We have BBQ grills located in our picnic area to use where you can play a game of horseshoes by our pool. WiFi is also available. We have 3 units that are handicapped accessible- units 16, 17 and 18. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The front desk is open from 9am to 9pm daily. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Minimum age required at check-in is 21. Drivers license and credit card copies are made and registration sheet needs to be filled out with visitor information upon arrival. If arriving after hours please contact resort at 1-508-775-0414 for further directions. Our location is centrally located on Route 28. West Yarmouth provides accessibility to Whale watches and day trips to Nantucket and Marthas Vineyard and to all the wonderful family attractions of the Cape, fine restaurants and variety of shops.
