Welcome to the Pelican Beach Resort, this complex is truly amazing with what can be described as one of the best locations for a family with kids or the young at heart. The views are spectacular. The one bedroom units at Pelican Beach have an unobstructed view of the Gulf of Mexico. Pelican Beach Resort has numerous amenities, including an indoor heated pool with a swim-thru to an outdoor pool, separate outdoor pool with a kiddie pool and hot tub. There is also a beachside bar and grill available for your convenience. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. Check-in is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin. There is a USD 70.00 cleaning fee plus 11 percent tax collected at check-in. Check-in is between 3-5pm but rooms are not guaranteed at 3pm. Check-out is 10am. On Saturdays we may experience slight unavoidable delays. No refund will be given for any check-in that occurs after 5pm. Check-in is located at 842 Highway 98 East in Destin. Minimum age required at check-in is 25. If you are arriving after 5pm you will find a key in the lock box outside our office door. Please call our office in advance at 1-850-837-0010 for the combination. Holiday Isle sits in the heart of Destin and is centrally located to shopping, world class restaurants, fishing, boating, and the beautiful sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast.
