Fully furnished with the comforts of home, you and your family can enjoy the beaches and boating in this home away from home. Minimum age at check-in is 25. A cleaning fee of USD 250.00 plus tax will be collected at check-in. Check-in is between 3pm and 5pm and check-out is 10am. 3pm check-in is not guaranteed. We may experience unavoidable delays on Saturdays. No refund will be given for any check-in that occurs later than 5pm.
