Minimum age required at check-in is 21. A USD 50.00 security deposit will be collected at check-in. Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. A USD 50.00 deposit is required. A credit card number and expiration date is required at check-in for emergency and incidental charges. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, cash or personal check are acceptable forms of payment. Our fully furnished vacation villas sleep up to six people and feature a complete kitchen, living room with a sleeper sofa, upstairs loft, which includes a futon, 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, one bathroom and a balcony. The villas are on the second floor of our waterfront mall.
