These beautiful condos are fully furnished and come equipped with a washer/dryer and all high-end appliances. Each unit offers fully stocked kitchens with cookware, plates, cups, utensils, a microwave, oven, coffee pot, toaster, dishwasher, garbage disposal and refrigerator. All house wares, linens, hair dryer, bath and pool towels are provided plus all units include outdoor patio. This resort has two resort style pools with a kiddie splash park. Stay in any of our 2, 3, and 4 bedroom condos- all of which are just steps away from the club house that includes a sparkling pool area, fitness center, Internet cafe, and barbecue grills. We offer concierge services, which also include theme park ticket sales. Please check-in at 2436 Sand Mine Rd in Davenport. If you arrive after our office is closed, collect your arrival pack from the lockbox located outside our office. If there is no envelope with your name, call 407-390-9000 to leave a message. A representative will return your call and assist you. Office hours are M-F 9am-5pm. Sat. 10am-2pm. Please note that there will be a USD 75.00 cleaning fee to be collected at check-in. Guest will be responsible for either a USD 300.00 authorization fee for any property damages to the condo, which will be released after guest departure. Or, guests may choose to pay a one time non-refundable USD 60.00 damage waiver, which will cover up to USD 1,000.00 accidental or inadvertent damages. Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is 10am. Cancellation Policy: If cancelled 14 or more days prior to check-in, a 15 % cancellation penalty will be assessed. If cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in, a penalty of 100 % will be assessed.
