Upon exiting airport, turn right at traffic light onto Brooks Ave. Turn left to take I-390N ramp towards Rochester. Merge onto I-390 N, then take I-490E, exit #20A. Exit #13 off 490E(Plymouth/Downtown West). Keep to the right at fork, towards Pylmouth. Turn right at light onto Plymouth. Left at 2nd light on Main. Hyatt on right past 4th light.
