Kingsail Resort is located in the Heart of the Florida Keys and reminiscent of the Old Florida Keys style. Kingsail sits on a lagoon that leads to the Gulf of Mexico. We have an outdoor heated pool guest laundry and tables and chairs on the dock of the lagoon to enjoy our Free morning coffee or bring your cocktail to the dock area to enjoy the evening and meet people. We have limited dockage ramp use and trailer storage for our guests by prior reservation. The accommodations at Kingsail range from standard king or two double beds efficiencies with one or two beds and two room units with one king and two double beds.
