Wake up to the gentle sound of waves breaking along five miles of white sand beach. One of Maui's best beaches for strolling, sunning and swimming is right outside your door. The spacious one and two bedroom units come with a fully equipped kitchen, central air conditioning, cable television, telephone, private lanai and washer/dryer. On-site amenities include tennis courts, heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, putting green, BBQs, shops and an activity desk. A cleaning fee will be charged on stays less than 4 nights. Please be advised that Sugar Beach Resort is currently undergoing renovation. - Phase 1 exterior renovation continues on the Plantation building. It includes repairing the concrete on the vertical walls and lanais, scraping and removing old paint, sealing and painting the walls, walkways, and lanai, which also includes chipping with jackhammers. Please be forwarned of the noise and dust this may cause. - Phase 2 of renovation is scheduled to begin on Jun. 30, 2008. It will include replacing the roof and the entire AC system of each building. While the work is being done on the Oceanfront towers, they will be shutdown. The Gardenview towers will remain oper and availble for rental, however there will be no AC in this building while the work is being done on the Oceanfront tower. Mill(Odd Building) will be scheduled as follows: Jun. 30, 2008 - Oct. 15, 2008 *(Mill Oceanfront) Closed to all rentals *(Mill Gardenview) Availble for rental; No AC Oct. 15, 2008 - Dec. 31, 2008 *(Mill Gardenview) Closed to all rentals

Starting From:: CHECK-IN PROCEDURES & DRIVING DIRECTIONS SUGAR BEACH RESORT Drive directly to the SUGAR BEACH RESORT to check-in and get your keys. Directions from the Kahului Airport to the Sugar Beach Resort (Drive time approx. 20 minutes): *Follow Hwy 311 (Mokulele Hwy) to Kihei *Turn right on Hwy 31 North (North Kihei Road) for 0.3 mile *The Sugar Beach Resort will be on the left - look for the red & green water wheel at the entrance. *Go to the central front office area to register and pick up your information packet & keys. If you arrive before 5:00pm your keys will be at the front desk If you arrive between 5:00pm - 8:30pm your keys will be at the General Store, right across from the front desk. If you arrive after 8:30pm, use the courtesy phone outside the door of the front desk to call the number that is posted to obtain your keys.
