Guarantee Policy: Deposit of one night's lodging due within 10 days of making reservation. Balance due including 12.5% sales tax 30 days prior to arrival. For Holiday Season (Dec 20, 2003-Jan 4, 2004), the balance is due including sales tax 60 day prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation 31+ days prior to arrival(61 days for 20dec03-04JAN04 and 15 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): 1 nights rent is forfeited. Within 30 days of arrival (60 days for 20DEC03-04JAN04 and 14 days for 14APR03-21NOV03): Full deposit is forfeited.

Turn Left Of The Exit Ramp Onto Mt. Werner Road. On Mt. Werner Road-you Will Go Through One Stop Light. Road Begins To Circle To Your Right-stay In Right Lane. Turn Right Onto Apres Ski Way. Take First Right On Village Drive-the Lodge At Steamboat Is Located A Half Block Down On The Left Hand Side. Check In For La Casa Is Located At The Lodge Of Steamboat. They Will Give Directions To La Casa At Time Of Check In.
Starting From:Denver International Airport -DEN-: Follow Airport Access Road To I-70 West. I-70 Will Go Through Denver And Up To The Eisenhower Tunnel. Take The First Exit After Tunnel At Silverthorne-turn Right Onto Highway 9 North. Follow 9 North To Kremmling. At The Stop Sign-turn Left Onto Highway 40 West.
