We offer 3 and 4 bedroom vacation homes close to Walt Disney World. Each home has its own private pool, fulling screened to allow you to be outside yet free from irritating insects. Heated pools are available on request for additional charge of 35.00 USD plus tax, allowing you to enjoy all-year-round swimming. Pool decks with chairs and table included. Our homes are clean, comfortable and spacious. Individually owned and tastefully furnished, they are all fully air-conditioned and feature cable-TV, VCR and telephone. The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee-maker, washer and dryer. The bedrooms are spacious, the master with a queen-size bed and a walk-in closet. All linens, towels, cookware, drinking glasses, knives, forks and spoons, iron and ironing board are provided. Each home has a 2 car garage, with direct access from the inside. For the price of a medium-grade hotel you can receive an entire home with its own private pool! Arrive and depart any day of the week and enjoy all the comforts of a home away from home.

As you exit the airport and go under the twin underpass. 2. After 3.8 miles, turn right onto the 417 (the Greeneway) heading South (sign reads: 'Tampa/Disney Attractions.') 3. At 5.3 miles pay $1 toll. EXIT AT EXIT 11 (Kissimmee) 3. Exit South onto the Orange Blosson Trail - Continue South 4. Continue south past the Osceola Parkway 5. Watch for the intersection of Highway 192 (Vine Street) 6. Orange Blosson becomes Main Street stay straight 7. Main Street becomes Broadway 8. 321 Broadway is on your right hand side 9. Proceed 13 miles until you reach the Main Street at Downtown Kissimmee. 3. Turn right onto Main Street 4. Main Street becomes Broadway 5. 321 Broadway is on your right hand side TO 321 BROADWAY from PORT CANAVERAL 1. Turn onto Hwy 528 (The Beeline Expressway) and go WEST towards Orlando & Tampa. 2. After the tollgate, join the 417 Green Way towards Tampa & Disney World. 3. Leave the 417 at Exit No. 11 following signs South the Orange Blosson Trail - Continue South 4. Continue south past the Osceola Parkway 5. Watch for the intersection of Highway 192 (Vine Street) 6. Orange Blosson becomes Main Street stay straight 7. Travel approximately 05 miles West on the 192 towards Kissimmee Downtown. 3. Turn left onto Main Street 4. Main Street becomes Broadway 5. 321 Broadway is on your right hand side Miami International Airport or South Florida: ( about 4 hours drive) Enter the Florida Turnpike Heading Northbound from Miami. This is a toll road 1.Take Exit 242 (Kissimmee) driving west along Highway 192 2.Turn left at the Main Street (Kissimmee Downtown) 3. Main Street becomes Broadway 4. 321 Broadway is on your right hand side From Interstate 4 and Tampa:( about 2 hours ) 1.Exit onto Highway 192. Continue Eastward on highway 192 2 .Proceed 13 miles until you reach the Main Street at Downtown Kissimmee turn right on that. 3.
