Guarantee Policy: Deposit: 19Aug2009 to 31Dec2015 - All reservations require a deposit of the first nights room and tax. This is due at the time of booking and must be done with a valid credit card. All major credit cards are accepted.

Cancellation Policy: Cancel 7 Day Before Arrival. Cancellation penalty is 1 nights not including tax. A 7 day cancellation notice is required in order to avoid a charge of the first nights room and tax. We will gladly refund the initial deposit for cancellations received 7
