Because there will be guests checking into the same suite after you and your pet leave, we must take certain steps to clean the suite in order to make it available to other guests (just as you might when you leave an apartment or house). After a guest with a pet checks out, we clean the carpets, drapes, bedspreads and other linens, and fumigate the suite to remove any fleas or other pests that may inadvertently have invaded the suite while your pet resided with us. The actual costs to us of this extra cleaning averages between $100 and $200 depending upon the suite type. Because we do this cleaning after checkout, these costs do not vary depend
