The original house where founders Peter and Mareah Schlolte came and settled from the Netherlands is just behind our house. Visit the gardens with 25000 tulips in the spring and flower gardens in summer as well as touring the house takes one back in time 1850s to be exact. We were thrilled to be honored by The Pella Historical Trust Society for the restoration and historical preservation of the house in 2013. With both Doug and Beverly experiencing restoration in their personal lives because of Jesus love and transformation power we too desire others to experience His great love for them. He is first and foremost in our home. Therefore creating a place of refuge in our home where you will experience the Presence and Glory of The Lord would be our greatest desire.
