The once bank dentist office department store has been redesigned to create an inviting comfortable space to stay the night weekend week or month. Exuding warm Texas hospitality the hotel offers 14 spacious rooms some overlooking the town square. Amenities include luxury linens wireless internet Keurig coffee and flat screen cable TVs as well as an onsite Italian restaurant and bar La Bella Tavola serving both lunch and dinner seven days a week. Elements of the original building were retained to maintain the historic charm of the building. The original mosaic tiles set in 1912 are still seen in the Italian restaurant and bar. The old bank vault is now the home of the restaurant refrigerator. The windows upstairs though updated to be more energy efficient have the same shape and charm of the original windows. The original office space upstairs forms the bones of several of the rooms. The once dentist office is now home to a two bedroom suite.
